Not a Movie Set

I'm getting more than a little puzzled as to why my uploads aren't sharp? This is at 150dpi and the cypress trees are tack sharp ( like they are supposed to be) in my file. The rest of the image is just slightly out of focus. So- to the two people who look at this blog - any ideas?
