Renee', Hallie, and I went to a friends house for dinner. She has a new son, well- he's nine months old! I had a new e-bay find/purchase a Mamiya RB67- just in my hands that morning, GREAT for hand held candids outdoors with no flash, no tripod, and the sun having set two hours before!
Luckily it came with a polaroid back, allready loaded with film ( only five years or so outdated) Pretty cool for 1/15 sec. hand held. Oh and Hallie had a new camo hat!
I need to work on getting those cool smudgy edges but I do have plenty of dust spots!
We heard that HillBerts might be closing ( moving it turns out which is almost as bad- I still haven't gotten over The Stallion closing over 25 years ago, we're losing all the great places to eat on Lamar) So we headed north for burgers and fries. Hallie loves the stools, they spin!
I was born in Texas and have lived here all my life.I have been taking photographs for more than sixty years. I have been married for forty-six years. I have been a father for twenty-two years.I still have the second camera and the second car I ever bought. A Miranda G and a 65Mustang.
