Forty-Six Plus Years Ago

I took these pictures, totally oblivious to how uncomfortable I was making these men. Just as oblivious to the culture ( read racism) of the town that gave them no room to protest. It didn't take too long to learn about that.

Too Long

Far, far too long since I've been out to the Big Bend. I'm really missing those huge clouds, the smell of rain coming, and the exhilarating change from 100 degree plus temps to the 50's or cooler when the rain hits you.

And Now Its July!

and the Fourth of July as well! Hard to see any hands on the wheel? But I still believe in this country.
